- What's included in the 14-day free trial?
- Every paid plan starts with a full-access 14-day free trial. You can build your guidebook, invite guests, and use the AI Concierge with no limits. We don't ask for a credit card to start, and you won't be charged until you choose to subscribe.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or change between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate the difference; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Why is annual billing cheaper?
- Annual billing saves you roughly 17% versus paying month to month - that's two months free every year. You pay once and don't have to think about it again, and we get to spend less time on payment processing and more time building features.
- What happens if I host more listings than my plan allows?
- We'll prompt you to upgrade to the plan that fits your listing count. Starter covers 1 listing, Plus covers up to 3, and Pro covers up to 5. If you manage more than 5 listings, our Enterprise plan offers unlimited listings with volume pricing - book a demo and we'll put together a quote.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Because every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, you have plenty of time to evaluate Guest Manual before being charged. If something goes wrong after that, contact our team and we'll make it right.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
- Is there a discount for property managers or hotels?
