Follow these simple steps to display your Guest Manual automatically when guests connect to your Wi‑Fi network via StayFi.

Step by Step: Auto-share your Guest Manual with StayFi

Share

Click on the share button on the Guest Manual editor. This will launch the share panel which shows the many different ways your Guest Manual can be shared.

Copy Link

We will be pasting in the web link to your Guest Manual in to the Guidebook URL field for your property on the StayFi website. Click on the Copy button to copy the web link to your Guest Manual.

Log in to StayFi

Navigate to www.stayfi.com using your favorite web browser and click on the Sign In button to log in to your account.

Navigate to Properties

The Properties section is where you can manage and customize various aspects of the web page that Guests will see when they first connect to your WIFI network.

Select a Property

Click on the property for which you would like to add your Guest Manual.

Insert Link

Under Property Information, find Guidebook URL. Paste in your Guest Manual web link.

Verify Setup

To confirm that the integration with Guest Manual is set up correctly, click on the HomePage section to preview what the guest will see when they first connect to your WIFI network.

Preview

Click on the Guidebook section. This will launch your Guest Manual. Now when guests connect to your WIFI network for the first time, they will see a StayFi web page that pops up that has a link to your Guest Manual.

Now your guests can access your beautiful digital guide the moment they connect — no extra steps, just a great first impression.
